Enter, estimate, and battle! The Companion provides precise estimates of battle outcomes and winning probabilities, guides you through each die roll in a specific battle, and supports the latest Axis and Allies versions and units.

<li>Estimation feature shows odds of winning, expected IPC loss, outcome distributions, and expected number of surviving units at the end of various battles (land, sea, and amphibious).</li>
<li>Battle feature allows you to simulate the battle by tapping "next round" on your device as an alternative to rolling physical dice.</li>
<li>Details the dice rolls and calculates a z-score to determine how lucky or unlucky each roll was.</li>
<li>Includes new units such as tactical bomber, mechanized infantry, and cruiser for the 1940/1942 editions, as well as damaged battleship + damaged carrier calculations.</li>
<li>Supports stackable AA guns in newer versions and advanced technologies like heavy bombers or super subs.</li>
<li>Custom sound effects tailored for each unit and battle type (adjustable sound settings).</li>
<li>Optimized WWII-themed graphics for Retina display resolution.</li>
<li>User-friendly interface designed specifically for the iPhone for swift data input via buttons or numerical keypad entry.</li>
<li>Rule sets available for various editions including New 1914 Edition, 1940 and 1942 Editions, 50th Anniversary Edition, Revised Editions (2004 Europe, Pacific, and World), and Original Edition.</li>

About the creators: Isaac and Aaron Evans are two cousins who have created this application out of their shared childhood love of playing Axis and Allies together. They aim to enhance the gaming experience by digitizing it for modern convenience.
